Shipping time frame?
When an order is placed, processing time will take 3-5 business days. From then, the post office/ postal carrier is in control so please be patient with the arrival time. See below for estimated delivery times.
- Canada domestic packages: Estimated arrival time is 1 to 3 weeks.
- USA packages: Estimated arrival time is 2 to 4 weeks.
- International packages: Estimated arrival time is any where from 3 weeks to 1-2 months.
Duties and customs fees?
The customer is responsible for paying any duties/ customs fees.
Package has not arrived, what to do?
Please allow an additonal two to four weeks for arrival. There may be some unforseen delays with the shipping carrier/ post office. After the additional wait time, please contact me through the contact page with the subject line titled "Package has not arrived" and write your order number in the message area. Pease be patient and we will sort it out together.

Canada Post is the postal service used, unless stated otherwise.
Is the shipping cost included in the price of your products?
No. Customers are responsible for paying shipping cost, with the exception of purchasing over a threshold. Please see the top announcment bar for any "Free shipping threshold" information.
Do you email out tracking information to your customers?
Orders with tracking numbers will be sent through email.
